You can enroll in Online Banking with:

• Your checking account number and debit card OR
• Your other account number (for loans, credit cards, BancWest Investment Services accounts, etc.)
• You will also need your social security number a valid e-mail address

If you have a checking account with a debit card, please use the “Checking Account And Debit Card” path.

• Enter your name exactly as it appears on your card.
• You'll also need to enter the primary account holder’s social security number and provide an email address.
• Then read and agree to the Electronic Disclosure and the Online and Mobile Service Agreement. Next, you’ll select a Username and Password.

If you have an Other Account type (loans, credit cards, BancWest Investment Services account, etc.)

• Enter your name exactly as it appears on your account.
• Enter your social security number.
• Then read and agree to the Electronic Disclosure and the Online and Mobile Service Agreement.
• You will be asked questions to confirm your identity.
• Next, you’ll select a Username and Password.

Passwords

Your User Name may be up to 20 characters in length and must contain at least one letter and one number.
Passwords must contain 8-12 characters including at least one letter and one number.

• Your Password cannot contain any spaces
• Your Password cannot be your Username
• Passwords are not case-sensitive
• You may use any of the following symbols:
  . @ : ? ! ( ) $ # /

Next you’ll create your Security Questions and Answers. Your answers should be short, simple and easy to remember. After you confirm your questions and answers, you’ll be able to view and manage your accounts through Online Banking.

If you’re enrolling but don’t have your debit card number, we may not be able to complete your enrollment online and will need to verify your identity offline.
